What happens to your information today
Names, wedding details, stories and uploaded photos are processed in your browser for the invitation preview. This application does not currently send those form fields or uploaded photos to an Dearly & Dated customer database. Closing or refreshing the page may lose unsaved edits.
If you download your invitation or order details, the file contains the information and selected photos you entered. Anyone you share that file with can read its contents. Keep it somewhere appropriate for personal information.
Demo RSVPs
The RSVP form is a demonstration. Submitting it saves the response in this browser only, under ever-after-demo-rsvp. It does not send an RSVP to a couple or to Dearly & Dated. The latest response replaces the previous one and remains until you clear it or clear this site's browser storage. Please use sample information while testing.
Cookies and browser storage
This invitation application does not add analytics or advertising cookies. It uses local browser storage for the demo RSVP and to remember that you have seen our storage notice. These are browser-storage records, rather than tracking cookies.
ever-after-privacy-notice-v1: remembers dismissal of the storage notice for up to six months. It contains a notice version and expiry time, not your invitation details.ever-after-demo-rsvp: stores the latest demo response only after you submit the form. It has no automatic expiry in this preview.
You can clear application storage using the controls in the privacy panel or your browser settings. Clearing it does not delete files you previously downloaded.
Hosting, fonts and external links
The hosting and access platform may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requests and sign-in information under its own policies. This application's storage controls do not manage platform sign-in or platform cookies.
The preview loads typography through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request the fonts, which exposes connection information such as your IP address. Read Google Fonts' privacy information.
Location, registry and other external links connect you to a third-party website when you click them. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this website. Background audio is served as a site asset; the preview does not use an embedded streaming player.
Your choices
You can avoid entering real personal information, remove uploaded photos, clear the demo RSVP, clear site storage and stop using the preview. The current preview has no marketing signup or advertising tracking built into the invitation application.
Before the commercial launch
The launch notice must identify the legal business operator and privacy contact, actual payment/email/storage providers, data locations and international transfers, purposes and applicable legal bases, retention and backup periods, customer and guest rights, and how to request access, correction or deletion. Guest dietary answers may reveal health or religious information and need particular care.
Optional analytics or advertising tools, if introduced, must be assessed and connected to an appropriate consent mechanism before activation. Selling worldwide does not by itself determine which privacy laws apply.
